Each Holicap logo is designed with a completely novel three-dimensional component that acts as the housing unit for a customized LED circuit board. Our engineering experts are able to redesign virtually any logo that was otherwise embroidered, or screen printed and give it a unique 3D look in the form of a lightweight hallow plastic mold. Encased within the 3D logo is a customized flex circuit board containing a series of vibrant multi-colored LEDs illuminating the hat like the billboard of a fancy hotel. Our LED boards are powered by a low-electrical rechargeable battery and have several different modes including strobe, blink, and flash. All electrical components are safely housed within the exterior portion of the 3D logo making our products safe to operate whether rain or shine.
